Although at first everything to be seem to be going greatly I called in sick because I have the flu afterwards I was in the hospital and got written up when I requested off for a doctors appointment and was denied. My manager is great however the owner is difficult not easy to work with and provides poor customer service. The way she treats her employees Is even worse. Unfortunately I’ll probably have to take a legal action against them to see if I can get some severance. I’m talking to an attorney tomorrow I will not Recommend this job for anyone looking to be a sitter. Rather I would apply other places that have a better opportunities better upper management and are more understanding.Also the pay is not Very good I did everything I was instructed to do and every time instead of getting complimented I got reprimanded . It is a backwards organization poorly managed from the top down. I would not recommend working from here to anyone anytime anywhere. The owners name is Margie Ciolli she’s very difficult to work with. Her team is great however. There is no real training. This could be Such a better company if they were to take employees input. Also this lady may have some control issues or personal problems that get in the way that I am unaware of. They are highly unprofessional. As a former and current business owner I would never run my company The way this one is run. Pros They say your’e independent, but in reality you’re micromanaged. Cons Poor communication, does not take feedback well, criticizes Employees for high performance   What questions did they ask during your interview at TLC While You're Away? Why do you wanna work here? That was all a checklist was given. your job apparently it’s so simple there is no real interview. There is high turnover and there is good reason why. Most of the employees leave on thier own accord. Margi draws correction for minor offenses I would not recommend this job to anyone ever Do you know if TLC While You're Away has sponsored an H1B visa for any given role? Why do you wanna work here? I wouldn’t and I never will again
