  There was a thread just a week ago but I stand by my recommendation for Dr. Amedeo DiEdwardo , especially for front caps, he fixed a crown I had for 15 years and the replacement was by far better. He pays a lot of attention to detail with the overall look for your mouth/ face as well. http://www.diedwardodental.com/
