  Hi All. Best for 2017. Quick one.....i want to get my skippers done in the next 2-3 months. Surf launching training as well as everything else paired with it so tgat i can fish offshore with a boat and ski. I have owned a few boats before but never went to coast with it....just dam fishing before the skipers was a requirement for freshwater. So i am not totaly new to boating. Can anyone advise on where is the best place is to go for this? As well as price estimate and area. I am based in the eastrand of jhb so traveling to coast between kosibay and Rhb will be 1st prize.
