  I have bought a repo house in dunwoody and need to have a few thousand in minor repairs - from replacing a AFCI to a dishwasher leak to replacing a single door on the powder room to installing sliding shelves in all base cabinets. Hopefully I can find one handyman that can do all this stuff over a 3 day period between closing and move in. If you are a full time handyman and want to put a bid in on the inspection report that I can give you please respond here. All those that do respond will be given the same report on January 12th for bids and all work must be completed between 11am Feb 1 to 5pm feb 3rd. House will be empty except for painting crew.
