  Please consider using a Credit Union instead of a bank. I use 1 st United: https://www.1 stuscu.org/webfederal.asp and have been very happy with them. They also have a location right next to Lake Merritt and are part of the Co-op network, meaning you can use other member ATMs such as Patelco, etc.
