  Drs Finger and Bennett in Elgin are awesome. I did one of my clinical rotations at their office. http://www.elginoms.com/ It looks like they are open til 4:30 but give them a call to see if they are there on Saturdays. I cannot remember if they are open 1 Saturday a month.
