  I know it's a chain, but https://www.facebook.com/63957687121 Mon Ami Gabi - Las Vegas at Paris has a great deck overlooking the strip, right across from Bellagio Fountains. It can be a wait, so make a reservation & then ask for outdoor seating. Might be 45 minutes, so play some slots near the restaurant & wait for the pager. It's so worth it. I get the Caesar Salad, and order of Pomme Frites & a glass of wine. The people watching is excellent & the fountains are great fun to watch.
