Does anyone have a good recommendation for getting LASIK surgery in either NYC or Chicago?

Looking for a good eye doctor in Indy. Anyone know of a good optometrist that isn't too expensive? I do have health insurance (Anthem), but it has been a few years and will probably try and get both glasses and contacts. Looking to try and find a place with decent pricing on the contact fitting and not get overcharged on the frames/lenses.
I live on the near north side, work on the north east side, and spend a lot of time near Eagle Creek so part of town isn't a huge factor.
Thanks!

I've been told my entire life that I couldn't wear contacts until I went to [Abrams Eye Care](http://abramseyecare.com/). They're fantastic and did an amazing job fitting me for contacts! I go to the N. Meridian office if that makes any difference.
