  The non-rent paying tenant has not left the property by the deadline specified on the Notice to Vacate letter that I sent to him. I would prefer not to see the tenant at the Justice of the Peace court for safety reasons. Does anyone know a good eviction company that can take it from here and handle the rest for me? I have already mailed out the Notice to Vacate letter via Certified Mail and I have proof that I mailed it out.

  I used Huntahome one time for my apartment building. They did everything for me and it was stress free for me. They charged $500 so u know. Their phone is 214-866-0050. The owner is Justin Hawkins and very nice to deal with. I would use them again if I need to. And it was worth to me because I do not need to travel to Dallas to deal with these loser !!!
