Introducing exciting young swing sensation John P with jazz maestro Steve Doig on piano. Classic swing featuring many of the great numbers made famous by Sinatra, Tony Bennet, Nat King Cole, Dean Martin and of course Michael Buble.
John P is fast gaining a reputation as one of the most exciting young jazz singers to emerge in the south west in recent years. His smooth vocals encompass a wide repertoire from the great American songbook.
John is accompanied on piano by Steve Doig, a musician with 30 years experience on the circuit. Steve is a highly accomplished pianist and was a jazz finalist at the Yamaha / Classic FM pianist of the year, held at London's Cadogan Hall.
Capitol Swing can also incorporate Drums, Bass, Guitar, Sax/Clarinet and Trumpet for bigger venues when required.
