  ISO rescue for dog FREE - Niagara Falls, NY (14304) Looking for recommendations on a rescue in western new york that is good and has room available to take a foster. I do not want to bring the dog to a shelter as he is timid with other dogs and I think the stress of a kennel atmosphere would ruin any progress he has made.
