Michael has a cavity and I'm pretty positive he will have to be sedated to get it fixed ... his dentist wants over $300 because insurance dose not cover sedation . Can any one give me a name of a good child dentist ? I'd like to get some price quotes and get it taken care of.

Annika just had two cavities done and our dentist yesterday he's awesome! He offers laughing gas for FREE. She actually refused the gas. She played Mario baseball on the video game while he worked on her. She is brave. His name is Bret Sorensen in Spanish Fork. It is worth the drive!!! His number is 801-798-2100, call him!! He gives gold tokens to use for the prize machines. My Elizabeth did sedation at an "adult" dentist 3 years ago when she had to have a baby root canal and another cavity. She had a horrible gag reflex so we had no choice but to use sedation. I personally would try the laughing gas. If it is very uncomfortable for him to cooperate then I would think about sedation. Good luck Stacey. It will work out!
I am looking for a GREAT pediatric dentist is the basin or salt lake/Utah county, anyone have suggestions?! I am extremely picky on dentists (when you went to school and worked in the field you know what good dental work is). I wasn't too impressed with ours today and need to find a new dentists ASAP!

My son has a mouth full of cavities and I need to take him to a pediatric dentist. Does anyone know of somewhere cheap, but also excellent? I need to get it taken care of, don't want to have to travel to far if I don't have to.
