  We are currently under contract to build with a Taylor Morrison home and the date keeps getting pushed back bc they are having a hard time getting the permits to build. We've been under contract since November and now we are getting an estimated completion date of July... Anyway, they are giving us the opportunity to back out with a full refund if we do so in the next 2 weeks. So with that being said, is anyone happy with a builder in a new contruction neighborhood or have any recommendations? Anyone else have problems with Taylor Morrison or any other builders that we should be aware of? Any advice would be much appreciated. We are just ready to be in a house at this point. *updating to say we want to be in a neighborhood. We don't have to option to switch builders and stay in the same neighborhood.
