What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
When one of my clients called me a couple of days after they closed escrow to tell me that they wanted me to know that just because escrow closed didn't mean they didn't want to stay in touch. That is usually what I do and say but they beat me to it...I was so touched.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
Interview a lot of agents...once you've interviewed them then set a time to invite me over...you will know the difference almost immediately.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
My energy comes from my desire to be great at whatever I put my mind to. I want to be the best realtor for my clients. I want to be the best negotiator, find the best house and sell my listings for top dollar.
Describe a typical work day for you?
Up before the sun, exercise a bit, get kids off to school, work all day and then some....have dinner together almost every night.
Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
I'm from Northern California. I moved to San Diego in 1985 when there was virtually no traffic.
I began my real estate career in 1998.
