  Looking for reliable and experienced local handyman or small local maintenance company for a few small jobs including : Removing and replacing a single toilet General tidy up of the toilet e.g. aqua board or tile halfway room is approx 6ft x 3ft (cozy) Tile hallway floor - approx 8ft x 12ft Take heavy door off and hang opposite way Materials will be provided Looking to start this at the end of Feb and would want all done together Would want proper estimates and list of materials required
