  Hey Portland, OR! Laura Amrofell Goff needs your recommendations: I have a friend who has a 4 year old who was just asked to leave their 2nd preschool this fall. Her kid has sensory and behavioral challenges that are mild enough to not receive county services/support but an issue enough to be displaced. Any suggestions for navigating preschools or actual school suggestions convenient to North/Northeast for someone who is on a budget. Kindergarten is also looming for next fall and input relevant to this is welcomed. Thanks

  Childswork Learning Center. Great, great non-profit preschool/kindergarten in SE Portland near 39 th and Belmont area. Wonderful experienced teachers who are very knowledgeable about a variety of needs. They offer financial aid. www.childswork.org
