  Hello Newquay community! To all those that have moved or if their are any mortgage advisors on here that can help guide us that will be great. We are thinking of porting our mortgage instead of renting for 6 months untill we find somewhere! Has anyone done this ? Was it pretty straight forward? How long do you get in between selling your current home to buying your new one or do you have to do it at the exact same time ? Any information will help!
