  My fiance and I are trying to find a photograpgher within our price range that will do photos for our courthouse ceremony and family photos afterwards in Westminster, Md. We're planning for spring because of some family members health isnt the greatest. Sadly our budget is pretty small and would be on a friday afternoon(date isnt fully decided).
