I believe in good quality ingredients resulting in fresh, delicious and beautiful baked creations. My baked goods are not baked in huge quantities to satisfy general demand. Instead I prefer to focus on my individual client with regards to their favourite flavours, colours and the essence of their event or special memory. Decorating is the final touch which I adore and my attention to detail is often complimented. Finally remember that you never need an excuse for a fresh slice of vanilla bean cake or a creamy slice of cheesecake.
