  Fabric Bin on University does reupholstering. They're a little past Cimarron Hills and down a little dirt road about 1/4 -1/3 mile off the road. TONS of fabric choices. Not sure about their pickup policy or turn around time, but a phone call can't hurt! http://www.fabricbin.net/
