  I have a daughter with Tourettes. We have only had her in to be checked about 5 years ago when the ticks first got really bad. We'd like to take her in again, are there dr's you recommend here in utah?

  Hi Mitch, I can personally recommend David Shprecher as a neurologist who knows an awful lot about TS. His clinic number is (801) 585-7575. People also see Michael Johnson as a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a PhD in psychology. The number at his clinic is (801) 585-1212. We also recommend Michael Himle who is a PHD who specializes in clinical psychology, but I am unsure if Dr. Himle is seeing patients right now, because I believe his main focus is teaching and research An office number I found online for him is (801) 581-7529. Dr. Francis Filloux is another Tourette expert I know of, but haven't heard enough feedback from our chapter members to recommend him or not. A number for appointments with him is (801) 213-3599.   The U of U has a Stroke Center and MS Clinic. For more information call 801-585-7575. If the U isn't covered for them, someone at this number might be able to recommend another provider. Doctors at the I'd clinics are excellent and I have found their referrals helpful. I hope thus helps, Cat!
