About us

There’s nothing quite as satisfying as that first bite of fresh, authentic sushi. At Tsubaki, there’s no skimping when it comes to quality ingredients, and every sushi and hibachi dish is created fresh in-house. Our chef has more than 15 years of experience in the Japanese culinary arts, and the rest of our kitchen team is highly trained in the skills needed to create authentic sushi. We love bringing this part of Japanese culture to the East Windsor community, and we can’t wait to share our unique dishes with you.
