  We tried the crowd sourcing designers for recruiting. I got a decent logo but most designers were just average or used cookie cutter design concepts. Your best route is a professional graphic designer. It will cost you more but your logo is one of the biggest parts of your brand and in my opinion the last place to go try to save money. You only do it once if it is done right. Our logo designers do just that for a living. They are not cheap but they are awesome.
