  For the Catholic mass, I am not sure if they have one around Shibuya with English service, but you can try the one in Sophia University called St. Ignatius in Yotsuya. (http://www.ignatius.gr.jp/eng/about/mass.html) The other one I know is called the Franciscan Chapel in Roppongi (http://tokyo.catholic.jp/english/churches/tokyo-en/16509/). And I think there is one in Meguro Catholic Church (http://tokyo.catholic.jp/english/churches/tokyo-en/16481/) Hope this helps!! :)
