What a Disaster, got my full wood oak gunstock floors today and these guys completely misrepresented it. Rustic grade cant be used in a house, I would not even put it in a car garage. They say 90% can be used, but I would not put in my house more than 20%. Every board has a major defects. Sent them pictures of damaged planks. You can call it any way you want it, but this merch is factory reject because of defects, and is being rejected for a reason. I am losing a lot of money as I am out of state customer and had to pay contractor by the day. Losing money for delivery as well, had to pay movers to unload the truck they sent and carry 32 boxes weighing 66lB each to my living room from the road. I Will do a credit card charge back and complain with BBB. $2000 paid 2K for trash and now stuck with it.
Best place to get a deal on hardwood floors?? Thanks!

Doing it yourself? Reallycheapfloors.com sounds funny, but that's where we got ours. Saved thousands. You pay for shipping, but they'll deliver it to your house and its still cheaper than any store
