We offer our customers good, honest and authentic Thai food which concentrates on the traditional cooking styles of Thailand. Thai Curry Simple is family owned and operated located in the Chinatown International district in Seattle, WA.
Thai food is well known for it’s cuisine; which combines spicy, sweet, sour, salty and herbs which gives it a harmonious flavor. We select the best ingredients to make our own curry pastes to meet our specifications, which are shipped to our shop directly from Thailand. With over 10 years of cooking experience, we then combine fresh local ingredients with those we receive from Thailand to provide you with excellent Thai food.
We believe Thai Curry Simple represents typical Thai character. We offer a small menu to concentrate on the dishes we know and enjoy perfecting them. After all, Thai signature dishes from the beautiful “Land of smiles” should be enjoyed, tasted and loved all over the world
