  Have had Leak Tech from Brantford in to do repairs. They do it from inside. It works 20 year warranty. if poured concrete wall. no outside work. Just had to put the drywall back and paint it. Industry uses this solution. not cheap but it works. They inject stuff into crack and it seals it. No mess at all.
