Is there an agency or bureau that would be able to help me. I had gotten some work done at my home by a local contractor ( who will remain nameless). He did not do a good job and he does not call me back when I call him. Thanks for your help.

You can file a consumer complaint with the attorney general's office. The BBB is nothing more than a paper lion for the most part. Or, you can take him to court (I think it is small claims if under 12K now), but you can check with your local district j ustice's office on that. Anyway, you can't file an AG complaint AND sue. But here is the link for the AG's office complaint form. https://www.attorneygeneral.gov/.../Filing_a_complaint.../
Hola mis amigos! Has anyone ever dealt with a property management company? My cousin is having a horrible experience and she needs some advice!!!

I did years ago. She should download the Tenants Rights Handbook off the Attorney Generals website and call their office with any questions. 602 542 5025. There was a public assistance office for these types of issues located in a house next to CIB0 back then. Can't recall the name or know if it's still there.
