  Hi Neighbors! My husband and I just recently renovated our 1937 colonial home in Eola Heights and we found all of our vendors through Nextdoor, so thank you to everyone for their recommendations. I did A LOT of research to vet the best ones and I thought it would be useful to post all of their contact info and their profession to help others (paying it forward!). I know how hard it was to find this A team list. Hope this helps!! Electrician: Rick from Wolverine Electric was amazing. We had to replace the whole electric panel and he was able to that and lots more. We HIGHLY recommend him. He is very honest and very responsive. Rick- 407.497.3369 - wolverineelectric@centurylink.net Hardwood Floors: Hank Petit from Advantage Wood and Floor Service. We had our original floors sanded down and stained. Hank was the best price and he did an amazing job! Hank- 407.657.2366, 407.716.1069 - advantagewood1989@gmail.com Handyman Services- Mike did a multiple of items around the house. He does plaster patching, tile laying, speaker installation. A true handyman. He was very good. Mike Handyman Services- 407.285.9130 Gas Fireplace- Fireplace and Gas Services Inc was one of the ONLY companies I found that works on older gas fireplaces. They were able to fix our gas fireplace and they can pretty much do anything involving gas. Kristen or Mark- 407-856-7770- kwesterlind@fireplaceandgas.com Plantation Shutters- Michelle with Franklin Shutters. Not only are the shutters beautiful, she was able to do four extra for me with one day notice. And their prices are amazing. Highly recommend. Michelle- 407.542.0516 - michelle@franklinshutters.com Home Restoration- Tile/grout cleaning. Very prompt and reasonably priced! 407.398.9942 Fumigation- Tent Fumigation Specialists were able to beat Truly Nolan pricing by a lot for the same service!   We did our old house with Palmers. They charge $100 for design but you can apply that to your oder! Very good selection. http://palmersgarden.com/
