  One doesn't have to identify as a woman or be a transvestite to have experienced going to a woman's clothes' shop. My wife got her wedding dress at https://www.facebook.com/InspiracjaButik and the stuff there was quite nice.

  There are a few dress shops in Arkady Wrocławskie. Inspiracja Butik (which someone recommended above) can sew a dress based on your measurements or adjust dresses if the the ones in store don't quite fit. Anyway, I've been told that some Polish people frown upon guests wearing black to a wedding so that's something you may also want to consider.
