I do not mean this in any way related to suicide, but I suffer from severe depression and anxiety and have always have issues dealing with life. My quality of life suffers when I have an episode (which used to last weeks) and cannot leave the house without an anxiety attack. Wendy has taught me so much about myself and helped me through the most difficult times. She is always there when I need her and is never judgemental about anything. She has shown me the way to deal with my problems and be true to myself and my needs.
