  I used Paul Camenzind at Wells Fargo. https://www.wfhm.com/loans/paul-camenzind/index_pmb.page Wells Fargo lets you lock your rate a year in advance and then you can take another look at rates at 90 days out and change it if it's a better rate. I used Todd Clevenger at Premier bank for the construction loan. Scott Hove at US Bank handled my other two houses.
