About us
The Import Shop is an online only store (we don't have a physical store). All items are on pre-order basis and we have a range of items from food to bath and body products listed in our albums.
You may inbox (message) us with your order and we will reply with a detailed breakdown of your bill. We usually charge 50% as a confirmation fee which is paid to a bank account. We will provide you with bank account details once we receive your order.
The balance is paid when you receive your package.
We will inform all our customers when the items are ready for delivery/pick up. We offer Delivery within Colombo and immediate suburbs for a small aditional fee to bring your goodies to your doorstep. You may also pick up your items from our pick up points.
