ok here is an idea to consider write a "Legal Notice" of 'intent" ( write it similar way you would write a Criminal complaint) to all parties including the attorney, notifying them that your planning on pursuing Criminal Negligence “Breach” “Assumpsit” infliction of emotional distress so on.
