  Jeffrey F. wrote: I have used Steven Falcone for over 5 years doing my taxes. I have had several issues come up with the taxes he has prepared, and he has provided zero support. He prepares your taxes but will not answer questions or provide his support when there is a question from the state or federal taxing authority. I do not recommend Steven to prepare any taxes. Find someone else that will actually support you when questions come up. I am not an accountant and that is what I pay and accountant to do my taxes. Steven is extremely unprofessional!
