  It is. It's called Clean Space. We've liked it even if just for the "clean space" is made to store things. Christmas decorations & such. We noticed a little bit of a difference in the rooms above being warmer & more efficient heating but with our windows & overall draftness of this house is hard to judge that part accurately.   http://www.basementsystems.com I just wanted the sump and basket installed and they did it in less than a day... Purely wanted to relieve the hydraulic pressure under the slab .. This was about 3 years ago now and pump is still running great...
