  Does anyone know of a place in NY/NJ that takes in turtles? My sister's student asked us to take his 2 turtles because his mom threatened to flush them :-( They were fine at first, but haven't eaten in a few days. I am worried because they are very small baby turtles (about 1 inch in diameter). I don't know much about turtles so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
