Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
After traveling and working between the United Kingdom, America, Europe and South Africa for the past 11 years I decided to bring the same standards back home to South Africa. Armed with a good knowledge and experience with the best quality products and high profile guests onboard luxury super yachts I decided to bring that to you and offer the same high standards.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
I am passionate about food and draw inspiration from like minded foodies. I love to hear about peoples favorite meals and designing a menu to suit you specifically. My aim is to make a meal that is truly a one of a kind experience for you and your guests.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
Having worked with very high profile clientele i can ensure you will not be disappointed. I know how important a meal is to any event be it a wedding or family meal.
