  Who is the city council rep for our area? I need to ask about an extremely high water bill. Has anyone else gotten high water bills the last two months? Our Monroe Street bill has been upwards of $400 for the last two months. Each time I call, I am told that they will send someone out to check, but as of yet, no one has been. I have had a plumber check and confirm that there is no leak and since the last bill we have been monitoring closely our water usage. No swimming pool, no garden...any ideas?
