I cannot remember what resturant we were at and the children in my Early Childhood Program would like to open a resturant and the main dish they will be serving (surprise) is Mac and cheese. I would love to set up a visit so they can gain more understanding, ask questions, and see a resturant in more depth then simply eating as a customer. They will be able to apply that new knowledge as they work towards creating their resturant!
