  Local RAW honey. I also recommend an essential oil blend. I suffered from allergies for about 14 years until four years ago my allergies were so bad it was turning into asthma. All the steroids and medications I was on i just became immune to them and they were making me have chest pain shortness of breath numbing in my arms and I started using essential oils that was like my last choice and bam cleared me right up.   I make bath products with certain "molds" erika. If you cant find anyone i have a bran new mold you can have.
