CATERERS NEEDED We're looking for affordable catering for a Donvale Christian College International Food night in March. We're not looking for food trucks. We're just looking for some authentic dishes to be prepared in a proper commercial kitchen and delivered to the school. About 100 - 150 serves each of: INDIAN: Butter chicken and a beef curry CHINESE: Fried rice and another dish (possibly a noodle dish) GREEK: Spit roast lamb and a Greek salad ITALIAN: Creamy pasta dish and a bolognaise pasta dish. Is anyone able to help with one or more of these cuisines? OR, can anyone recommend someone to us?
