Hi Mummies!
Do any of you in this group make excellent Zhu Keok Cho (Black Vinegar-braised Pig Trotters) or braised Pork and Yam (Cantonese or Hakka style) and can cook it until very soft and tender (falling off the bone)? Or can anyone recommend someone who does?
I'd like to get your/their contact details as every now and then, I may order some for my grandmother who can no longer cook it for herself (too old now) but craves it every now and then. I'm located in Subang Jaya.
