They are initially very polite, I purchased a gas fireplace in February 2020, but they lost my parts, installed it a year later, and the installer, supposed to be a teacher at Cambrian came to set it up and left with the glass rocks I paid for. They did not re-reimburse me or return them. I have been waiting for the outer frame for the unit forever. No service, I used to call weekly, then monthly, and stop in when my blood pressure can handle it. Waste of money, looks terrible.
