  Home inspection recommendations? I'm currently having a townhome built and it's about 2 months out from completion give it take. Drywall is going in this week. What is a good time frame to have it inspected and what's the average cost to have a townhome inspected? I know it has to be inspected by the city as far as codes but also am aware you always want a third party inspector before closing to double check the builder. I'm assuming I should get it inspected when the trim is about finished and before closing? Any recommendations of an inspector or experiences you've had? Thanks.
