UZ Fitness Bees Creek Boot camp offers morning 0545 - 0630 and evening 6-7pm sessions every Tuesday and Thursday. My goal to to help and educate others on being the best version of themselves. Including education on healthier lifestyle choices (Nutrition and exercise, creating a positive mindset, planning and preparation, improve self-esteem and confidence, regular coach support and of course some good old fashion ass whooping! All levels of fitness are catered for. I have clients ranging from 14 yrs to 65yrs. Large variety of training including tyres, weights, HIIT, battle ropes, core, LBT, boxing and body weighted training. Bookings are essential.
