  Post is too late for your poor wife but this has happened to me before on a Sunday, so I'm posting in case anyone in this emergency situation ever does a Reddit search out of desperation!! My situation was on a Sunday and 4 th of July was the following Monday. What horrible timing my teeth had. It was a nightmare getting help :( My community dental has weekend emergency dentists. With it being a holiday weekend it was even more limited staff but they got me in at their Cedar Springs location. https://www.mydental.org/
