  Sorry to post this here 'cause it has nothing to do with name/gender marker change in Texas, but I think this group's membership is precisely the population that can best answer my question! The Downtown Doctor, Dr. Georgeana Freeman, used to oversee my HRT but I had to switch to my primary physician because Dr. Freeman is not in the Humana network and it was getting really expensive. So far, my physician has been OK but she's a general practitioner so I would like to find someone more specialized. Can anybody recommend anyone? Thanks!

  I also highly recommend Jefferson clinic. I love Dr. Pugh, she's a great listener which is hard to find in a doctor. Also, if you're an established patient you can stop by without an appt for minor issues. http://www.jsfponline.com/
