  Edmund Kwan - 212.734.4488 - his office is across from the Met and we saw him at Cornell pediatric ER. He did great work (on my daughter's face) and would not hesitate to use him again. FYI, not a "warm and fuzzy" type of guy but that wasn't a big deal to us.
