  I have been a kablan in the Jerusalem since 1993. I have had the same workers since 1995. We do renovations, finishing work and repairs. We never have build "skeletons" or frames for houses or other buildings. Along comes the Contractor's Association and says that after 24 years, they want to shut me down because I am not licensed. My only saving grace would be to have a licensed civil or building engineer "sponser" me. THis means that if I were to need an engineer, I would have one on staff to sign off the work. Is there an engineer in the Jerusalem willing to help? TIA
